The first two rounds of the friday night races at the You Yangs have taken place. This was my first opportunity to put the new light to the test – The Photon Max Extreme, and it is good times – super bright.
Both weeks the race has been down on the flat side of the You Yangs, Kuurajong area. This is an awesome place to race at night. Not too many hills and lots of winding in and out of the trees on about 90% single track. At the end of the 14km loop, both weeks, we’ve had a massive sprint to the finish between three of us and i have been able to pip them at the post for the wins in A grade. There are another 4 rounds of the night races to go. Hope to see you there.
